LOCATION: SWITZERLAND

LARGO is a residential complex featuring 54 apartments surrounding a spacious communal courtyard, along with commercial spaces, offices, and co-working studios. For this project, we developed a graphic concept inspired by the apartments’ qualities: bright, spacious, and lofty. This foundation enabled us to create a brand and visual elements characterized by elongated shapes that reflect these attributes.

The characters were designed to embody key attributes of the target audience: Markus, the cosmopolitan independent worker who thrives in co-working spaces; Anja, the adventurous millennial connected to the world through her social networks; and Simon, an only child of middle-class parents from different nationalities.

We also developed the promotional materials essential for the marketing process, including brochures, a folder dossier, flyers, a website template, visualizations, and digital sheets featuring illustrated apartment plans.
