New building with 40 residential units. For this project we developed a comprehensive marketing concept, from the initial ideas with the client to create the name and the brand. After defining the graphic guidelines, we proceeded to desing different pieces like a brochure, a flyer, a billboard, the website layout, price list sheets and 2D plans, up to the texts for this pieces and an indoor architectural visualization. The aim was to create a strong marketing concept and corporate identity for advertisement before starting the construction.
